The 2021 Sustainability Report is our 19th Report and we are committed to continuing to measure and report extensively on our sustainability performance. We have expanded on the reporting of key non-financial metrics and performance indicators in the Annual Financial Report in the areas of workplace safety, climate change and workplace inclusivity.
We were among the first companies in our sector to achieve full independent verification of our Sustainability Report. We have voluntarily adopted the “GRI Standards” developed by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the GRI Index is included within the Report.
The 2021 Report is in accordance with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) reporting standards. In addition, we have further advanced our disclosures in line with the Financial Stability Board's 'Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) standards. Information on our TCFD disclosures are included in the 2021 Annual Report.
