You can register for Signal Shares by logging on to www.signalshares.com , selecting CRH plc and clicking on the ‘Register an Account’ option. Please note, you will need to enter your Investor Code (IVC) (found on documents issued by the Registrars), your Eircode (if applicable) or UK Postcode and name as part of the registration process.

Please contact the Company’s Registrar’s, Link Registrars Limited, by e-mail ( [email protected] ). Please note that you can change your address details by logging onto Signal Shares, the online portal provided by the Company’s Registrars (see above question “How can I register with Signal Shares?”).

If you lose your share certificate and need a replacement, please send a signed request to the Company’s Registrars, Link Registrars Limited by post (Suite 149, The Capel Building, Mary’s Abbey, Dublin 7, D07 DP79, Ireland). Link Registrars will then send you a letter of indemnity for completion. Further details are available here on the Registrar’s website .
